From Refugee to Chicagoan: Stories of Making Place

  • Lincoln Square Community Space 4639 North Rockwell Street Chicago, IL, 60625 United States (map)

Join us for LSPC’s Third Sunday Series at the Community Space as we hear from refugees about the experience of leaving their homes and settling in Chicago. As we look to welcome our neighbor and love our neighborhood, we’re excited for this opportunity to know our neighbors and our city in new ways. All refugees share a history of a life divided, with a definitive before and after, but we’ll hear from individuals about their unique stories and have time to learn about the refugee resettlement process as a whole.

This presentation is a part of our Third Sunday Series. Child care will be provided.
