LSPC seeks to share our life as a church with our community. Right next to our church office is a space we opened to be a resource for our neighbors (the Community Space). Whether you're looking to connect, find support in a difficult season, or just attend a fun event, we invite you to join us!
Community Space
Our Community Space is located right next door to our church office (at 4639 N. Rockwell). As the name implies the Community Space is intended to serve as a gathering space. While it is the venue for some of our bible studies, small groups and youth events, we hope that it can be much more – our vision is that it can serve as welcoming space where we invite our friends and neighbors to share life and cultivate deep connections.
3rd Sunday @ the Community Space
One of the intentional ways we hope to nurture these connections is through our 3rd Sunday series. 3rd Sunday is an occasional series that invites as all to take a closer look at our world – weather through the prism of film, book discussions, art or unique conversations – we hope to foster a space where deep questions are welcome and where reason is a group endeavor. These events are free and open to all!

Grief Support Group
Once a quarter, we host and facilitate a GriefShare support group in our Community Space. It has been a meaningful resource for many in the neighborhood, and anyone is welcome. If you have lost someone, you know the pain of loss, and this grief support group is a safe space that can help you process and understand your journey through your grief—not around it. We explore topics like: what is normal in grief, its impact on you (body, mind, relationships), guilt and anger, how long grief lasts, etc.
Contact Pastor Brian for more information.
Open AA Meeting
An open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous takes place in the Community Space every Sunday from 7-7:45pm. All are welcome. Contact the church office if you have any questions.
House Concerts
The Lincoln Square House Concert Series is a chance to experience great art and music in an intimate setting – it’s an invitation into one of our homes to hear one of our favorite artists. It’s a great way to meet and welcome neighbors while supporting excellent local and touring artists.
The suggested donation is $15 (children are free) and all proceeds go to the artist. Light snacks, beer and wine are provided.
